Please note that Semester 1, 2018 Course Profiles will be uploaded late early 2018, and are subject to change up until the commencement of Semester 1, 2018.  However, the Semester 1, 2017 Course Profiles can be used as a guide up until this time (click on the course below, and then Semester 1, 2017 Course Profile).

Animal Behaviour, Handling and Wellbeing (ANIM1014) External plus 3-day residential school
Calculus and Linear Algebra 1 (MATH1051)
 Applicants must be studying Senior Maths B and C.  To be considered for MATH1051, students must be achieving a minimum HA (‘B’) grade in Maths B and C in Semester 1, Year 11.  However, it is highly recommended that applicants are achieving at a VHA (‘A’) level.  Students achieving well in these subjects have better outcomes in MATH1051.

Critical Reasoning (PHIL1110)
 This course is delivered via the Brisbane School of Distance Education (BSDE), and is open to Queensland state school students, who are also studying the 'Philosophy & Reason' course through BSDE. Follow application process via the 'how do i apply' link above.

Discrete Mathematics (MATH1061)
 Applicants must be studying Senior Maths B.  To be considered for MATH1061, students must be achieving a minimum HA (‘B’) grade in Maths B in Semester 1, Year 11.  However, it is highly recommended that applicants are achieving at a VHA (‘A’) level.  Students achieving well in these subjects have better outcomes in MATH1061.

Large Ensembles A (MUSC1100)
 Entry to this course is subject to attending and successfully passing an audition to be held at the applicant's school (for invited schools only) on or before 24 November 2017. To be offered an audition, applicants must be achieving a 'B' grade in Senior English and Senior Music in Semester 1, Year 11.
