How do I apply for the Semester Two Year 11 program?

Step 1: Read the rules and guidelines
Download and read the 2023 Semester Two ESP Pilot Rules and Guidelines.
Step 2: Declaration and Permission Form
Download the Permission and Declaration Form, and read and complete the relevant fields. Obtain parental/guardian consent. Incomplete fields will result in processing delays and may result in your application not being considered.
Step 3: Complete the online application
- Access the online application via the link below.
- Register an account. When registering an account please use your your official full name as it appears on your school record. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Survey Monkey. You will need to verify your email address by clicking on the email link.
- Under 'Programs', select 'Enhanced Studies Program' and click 'Apply'.
- There are 4 tasks for you to complete before you can submit:
- Complete the 2023 Semester Two ESP application form by clicking on the task under 'Your tasks' section, then click 'Mark as Complete'.
- Upload your Year 10 Semester Two report card. Click 'Mark as Complete'.
- If required: upload your passport and visa documents (international students only). Click 'Mark as Complete'.
- Upload your signed Permission and Declaration Form. Click "Mark as Complete'.
- Complete the School Declaration and Consent request. You will need to provide your School Principal's / Delegated Authority's (e.g. Guidance Officer) name and email address when submitting this request. Please contact your school to find who is the best person to provide this consent. Once the request is sent, click "Mark as Complete'.
- You can then review your application and click 'Submit'. You don't need to wait for the school's consent to be approved to submit your application.
- You will receive a confirmation email for your records.
- Important: check the email address you used for your application, including your junk mail folder, for updates on the status of your application.
Applicants can save incomplete applications for completion at a later time (prior to the closing date). Applications which are not submitted by the closing date will not be considered.
Applications for students who will be in Year 11 in 2023 will open on 23 May 2023 and close at 5pm on Wednesday, 7 June 2023. Applications submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
